国家银行的目标性复苏及援助设施（TRRF）为服务行业中受到疫情影响且符合条件的中小型企业提供帮助，除了旅游业和与旅游相关的次领域。
现今已开放至2021年12月31日，或至20亿令吉的总拨款用完为止。
每家公司的最高融资额为50万令吉，为期7年，包括至少6个月的延缓还贷便利。
利率设定为3.5％
之前已参加SRF＆Penjana计划的公司不符合此基金的申请资格。

Bank Negara’s Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility (TRRF) is aimed at assisting eligible SMEs in the services sector, whose revenues have been affected by the recent enhanced and conditional movement control orders. Manufacturing, construction, hotel, and tourism sectors are, unfortunately, not covered by this fund.
It is vailable until Dec 31, 2021 or until the full utilization of its total allocation of RM2 billion, whichever is earlier.
The maximum loan amount per company is RM500k for 7 years including a 6 month moratorium period.
The interest rate is set at 3.5%
Companies that have obtained SRF & Penjana program before are not eligible for this fund.
